Do I need a PayPal account to shop with you? No, a PayPal account is not required. At checkout, you can simply select the option to "pay with debit or credit card" to complete your purchase as a guest.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship? We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. All orders are sent via USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS and FedEx.
Why does my order seem like it does not change delivery status when it has been shipped and sent in transit days ago? We are currently working on any issues regarding tracking number status updates. Tracking systems from different carriers have a certain slow downs in updating the status of the orders actual location and progress due to weather and other internal delays. Please allow ample time for any package that may be in transit before filing a claim with us to avoid unnecessary orders issues. Thank you for your patience.
Why does my shipping address appear to be mixed up with my billing address? We are currently working on any issues regarding customers who use PayPal and enter a different billing address than their shipping address. This is only a display error and by clicking the official tracking information on order tracking details this should give customers any clear details of where the package will be sent. Thank you for your patience.
When will my order arrive? Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.
Will all my items arrive in one box? Typically, yes. We aim to ship items together based on their size and availability. If your order requires multiple boxes, we will notify you via email and provide additional tracking numbers.
