SHIPPING POLICY

1. DESTINATIONS American Organic Food Company LLC currently ships to all 50 U.S. States and U.S. Territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. CARRIER & TRACKING All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once your package has been dispatched, American Organic Food Company LLC will send a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

3. SHIPPING RATES & TAXES Shipping, handling, and applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. The customer is responsible for all fees associated with the delivery address provided to American Organic Food Company LLC.

4. RISK OF LOSS The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from American Organic Food Company LLC pass to the customer upon our delivery of the package to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).


REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. FOOD SAFETY PROTOCOL This item is non-returnable due to potential safety risks as an ingestible product. To maintain the integrity of our organic supply chain and ensure the health of our customers, American Organic Food Company LLC cannot accept returns on food items once they have been shipped.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS While items are non-returnable, your satisfaction is our priority. If the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement through "Your Orders" or by contacting American Organic Food Company LLC directly.

3. REQUIREMENTS FOR CLAIMS To process a refund or replacement for damaged goods, you must:

·         Submit your request within 7 days of delivery.

·         Provide a clear digital image of the item and its defects.

·         Provide an image of the shipping packaging if it arrived damaged.

4. PROCESSING TIME Once approved by American Organic Food Company LLC, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
